I'm Olga. And yoga with me is not about resting.
I've been drawn to movement for as long as I can remember. I started dancing at nineteen — and stayed with it for nearly two decades, competing with several dance groups across the country and at national championships. Stretching, and eventually yoga, followed as a natural next step alongside dance.
In 2022 I made a decision that seemed bold to many: to become a full-time yoga instructor and leave my previous career as a building-services (TZB) design engineer. That job was stable, but it lacked creativity and the freedom to build my own thing — exactly what yoga and movement had offered me from the start. Classic, slow-paced classes focused mainly on rest never suited me. I wanted classes with drive — a deliberate structure, music that carries you, and movement you truly feel in your body afterwards.
So I started building them myself — before I even knew that classes built this way had a name elsewhere. Every two months I come up with a new theme, and build sequences and a playlist around it. Everything you experience in my classes is my own work.
