Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The instructor offers group yoga and stretch classes held in rented halls at various locations across Prague. The specific class type, location, time, and price are shown with each date in the booking calendar.

2. Booking a class

You create a booking by choosing a date in the booking calendar and entering your name, email, and optionally a phone number. After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking summary and a QR code for payment.

The number of spots per class is limited by the hall’s capacity. A booking is valid the moment it is created — no minimum number of participants is required, and unpaid bookings do not expire over time.

3. Price and payment

The class price is shown with each date (typically 250 CZK for a 60-minute class). You can pay in two ways:

• in advance by QR code / bank transfer using the details in the confirmation email, or
• in cash on site before the class begins.

The instructor verifies bank transfers manually by the variable symbol and confirms receipt by email. The website does not use a payment gateway and does not store payment details.

4. Cancellation by the client

You can cancel a booking without losing your payment via the link in the email, no later than the following deadlines based on the class start time:

• morning classes (6:00–12:00) — by 8:00 PM the previous day,
• afternoon classes (12:00–18:00) — by 8:00 AM on the day of the class,
• evening classes (18:00–21:00) — by 12:00 PM on the day of the class.

If you cancel in time, the instructor refunds the payment to the account it came from. If you cancel later or don’t attend, the payment is forfeited, as the hall and class preparation are already committed.

Launch period: while getting started, the instructor does not fully enforce the cancellation terms — a late cancellation or a no-show does not currently mean losing your payment. The end of the launch period and the switch to the standard rules will be announced on the website.

5. Cancellation by the instructor

The instructor reserves the right to cancel a class for operational reasons (e.g. illness or hall unavailability). In that case, the paid amount is refunded in full, or an alternative date is offered by agreement. Cancellations are communicated by email as soon as possible.

6. During the class and liability

Everyone brings their own mat — mats are not provided. We recommend comfortable clothing and water, and arriving in good time.

You take part in classes at your own responsibility. If you have any health limitations, consult your doctor before exercising and inform the instructor. The instructor is not liable for health problems arising from concealing your health condition or from not following her instructions.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

Booking a class is a contract for the provision of a leisure-time service on a specific date. For such a contract, a consumer does not have the right to withdraw within 14 days under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code. Cancellation is therefore governed by the cancellation terms above.

8. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data entered when booking is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The instructor may amend the terms; the version effective at the time a booking is created applies to that booking. For questions and complaints, contact info@olgastrekavka.com.
